School Membership dues are invoiced and payable as of July 1 each year.

Full Membership

PARDeS Full Membership is open to any day school either affiliated with a congregation in good standing with the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ) or associated with a consortium of Reform congregations, at least one of which is presently a member in good standing of the URJ. PARDeS Full Membership day schools are encouraged to include the phrase: “A member of PARDeS, the Progressive Association of Reform Day Schools" and use the PARDeS logo on their stationery, in their bylaws, and on any other documents pertaining to their status.

Associate Membership

PARDeS Associate Membership is open to any community Jewish day school run under the auspices of a recognized board, bureau or committee of Jewish education in which Reform students and their families are given equal status with children and families from other Jewish religious movements; or, a Jewish day school in which Reform students and their families are given equal status that are affiliated with a recognized Jewish movement other than the Reform movement. In the case that a day school is associated with a former or suspended congregation of the URJ, the school is welcome to apply for Associate Membership until such time that the congregation's affiliation with the URJ is reinstated. PARDeS Associate Member schools indicate this status when using the PARDeS logo on their letterhead, in their bylaws, or on any other official day school publications.
